  • Announced acquisition of InsightAmerica, based in Broomfield, Colorado, which expands and enhances Acxiom’s fraud prevention and risk mitigation services.

  • Announced the launch of PersonicX® ANSWERS, a Web-based tool enabling users of the company’s household-level consumer segmentation solution, PersonicX, immediate access to data for marketing planning and analysis.

  • Received 21st Century Achievement Award from the Computerworld Honors Program for its “positive contributions to the global information technology revolution.”

  • Announced acquisition of Digital Impact, a leading provider of integrated digital marketing solutions headquartered in San Mateo, California.

  • Announced that a case study on the development of Acxiom’s Customer Information Infrastructure (CII), grid-computing technology, had been chosen to be included in the 2005 Computerworld Honors Collection.

  • Launched PersonicX International, an enhanced consumer segmentation solution that allowed marketers to grow their business through a better understanding of their consumers within a country, coupled with the ability to compare those consumers across countries.

  • Announced the acquisition of SmartDM, a full-service direct marketing agency based in Nashville, Tennessee that offered comprehensive direct marketing services and information management for mid-sized companies.
