At Acxiom, we use scheduled telephone interviews as a common method for contacting candidates. Our recruiters may set up a phone interview to discuss a specific position with a candidate or to ask basic screening questions that help our recruiters evaluate each candidate and match them to the job roles most appropriate for their skills. For candidates who live outside the state or country where the job opening exists, telephone interviews are common for individual leader and team interviews.
Our active college recruiting program takes our recruiters to a number of college campuses across the country, where we offer on-campus interviews for entry-level roles at Acxiom. For more information or dates for our on-campus interviews at your college or university, please contact your institution’s career services office.
In-person interviews that take place at Acxiom locations around the world usually include one-on-one and team interviews. Applicants who are successful in the interview process should expect to be invited for more than one on-site interview.
