• Students and Recent Graduates

When you work at Acxiom, you join a community that fosters initiative, diversity, creativity and flexibility, as well as professional and personal growth. Competitive salaries, excellent benefits and cutting-edge technology attract people to Acxiom, but it’s our invigorating business culture, flexible work environment and fun atmosphere that keep our associates here. Acxiom’s retention rates are above the national average, and our associates tell us it is partly because we offer benefits that include:

    • Flexibility in job responsibilities, hours and working conditions
    • Ongoing training and education
    • Open communication
    • A team-based environment

At Acxiom, we don’t just build great customer and information-management solutions, we build great relationships — inside and outside the company.

    Internship Programs

The Acxiom internship program is an integral part of our company’s continued growth and success. We search for top talent and only hire interns who can offer fresh ideas, competitive skills and enthusiasm.

We work with several colleges and universities throughout the country to identify interns who can fill ongoing jobs, seasonal work and special projects. These students are assigned to technical and non-technical job roles, such as software developer, client delivery specialist, tester, financial analyst and technical writer. Interns are classified as hourly or part-time associates and are eligible for many of Acxiom’s associate benefits, including Paid Days Off (PDO), salary adjustments, holidays, 401(k) program, and the employee stock purchase program.

Our internship program provides students other benefits, including opportunities to network, roles that will help clarify career interests, income that may help to complete college, and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world experience.

The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) has highlighted Acxiom’s internship program as a best practice due to three key factors: our leadership commitment, the value we place on our interns, and our active approach to retaining interns as permanent associates.
