With more than 30 years of experience in operational finance, Warren Jenson has a successful track record leading and managing businesses. He is a well-rounded business executive with consistent experience providing guidance to corporations at important inflection points in their evolution and helping them further define themselves in highly profitable new ways.

Warren has been CFO of some of the most important success stories of the last two decades including Electronic Arts, Amazon.com and NBC. In addition, Warren was twice designated one of the “Best CFOs in America” by Institutional Investor magazine, and was also awarded Bay Area Venture CFO of the Year in 2010.

Warren was most recently COO at Silver Spring Networks, a successful start-up specializing in smart grid networking technology, where he had responsibility for the company’s service delivery, operations and manufacturing organizations. He also has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions and in the development and formulation of strategic partnerships.

Warren’s board position experience includes Digital Globe (NYSE: DIG); California State Summer School of the Arts; and Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Warren received both an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
