John A. Meyer brought an impressive range of experiences to Acxiom beginning in 2008 as chief executive officer and president.
Prior to Acxiom, he served as president of the Alcatel-Lucent Services Group, where he was responsible for more than $6 billion in annual revenue and the management of more than 20,000 people. The group he led designed, implemented and managed some of the most sophisticated communications networks in the world.
After joining Lucent in 2003, John was a driving force for change in the business, optimizing delivery processes and re-aligning the sales force in support of the corporate strategy to become a value-added solutions provider. His efforts restored growth and profitability to the segments of the business he managed.
Prior to Lucent, John spent nearly 20 years at Electronic Data Systems, Inc. (EDS), where he held several high-profile positions including running the Northeast business in the United States and as president of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. During John’s four years running Europe, he increased revenue from $3.6 billion to $7.2 billion.
John holds a Master of Business Administration degree in quantitative methods from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Pennsylvania State University. He also served in the U.S. Air Force from 1979 to 1983 as a flight commander, achieving the rank of captain.

David J. Allen serves as European Organization leader, responsible for Acxiom’s services operations in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands and Portugal. He also provides direction on a broad range of strategic initiatives impacting Acxiom clients, associates and shareholders.
Dave assumed this role in April 2006. Previously, Dave oversaw U.S. operations as Client Services Organization leader for the Multi-Industry Client Services (MICS) Organization, which included automotive, insurance, media, telecommunications and retail, among others. Prior to that, he led global development initiatives across the Company, including leadership of Acxiom’s operations in the UK, France and Australia. He was first named an officer in 2000. A British citizen, he joined Acxiom in 1997 after working for IBM and EDS.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of East Anglia (UK), where he graduated with honors.

Jennifer T. Barrett oversees Acxiom Corporation’s global public policy, privacy and information practices as the Company’s global privacy leader. She provides direction for Acxiom’s information use policy across all global operations, internal compliance with legal regulations and industry guidelines, consumer affairs, government affairs and related public relations. She also consults with clients on information practices and regulatory issues.
Jennifer joined Acxiom in 1974 after receiving a degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked in almost every facet of the Company, from systems development and operations to marketing and business development. In 1981 Jennifer became a vice president and has served in an executive capacity ever since. Since 1991, she has guided Acxiom’s initiatives to safeguard consumer privacy.
She has been extremely active domestically and internationally in the area of appropriate information practices. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws governing the use of information. She is sought out by both policy makers and regulators for her views on the effective use of personal information. In addition, Jennifer has worked with Acxiom’s non-U.S. operations in Canada, Europe and Asia and has participated in a variety of international efforts related to information practices around the world.
Jennifer is a frequent speaker on privacy and customer relationship management and has also published numerous articles and participated in writing books on these subjects. She has testified several times before Congress and serves on a variety of industry boards. These include boards and councils of the Direct Marketing Association such as the Safe Harbor Ethics Committee, the DMA Political Action Committee and the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation. She is chair of the DMA Committee on Social Responsibility and sits on the Executive Committee of the Center for Information Policy Leadership and Information Policy Institute.

Cindy K. Childers serves as Acxiom’s organizational development leader. Cindy leads strategic planning and execution in the areas of business culture, organizational effectiveness, associate development, recruiting, human resources and corporate communications. Previously, she served as leader of the financial services business unit and oversaw all of the financial and accounting functions of the Company. She was first named an officer in 1996.
Before joining Acxiom in 1985, Cindy was a certified public accountant in audit and tax for KPMG Peat Marwick.
Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Timothy Christin serves as Acxiom’s Risk Organization leader, responsible for the overall strategy, sales, product development, operations and product management of the Risk Organization. He joined Acxiom in 2006 and is a member of the company leadership team.
Prior to joining Acxiom, Tim was executive vice president of Worldwide Sales at Innodata Isogen in New York. Throughout his career at Reuters, Bowne & Company, Digex, Exodus Communications and Acxiom, Tim has led organizations to record revenue. His management experience includes creating and leading businesses in London, Sydney, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco.
Tim received a B.S. degree in Marketing from Marquette University and was selected to study in his third year at the Loyola University Rome Center in Rome.

William A. Clay serves as Financial Services Organization leader in the Services Division, responsible for all sales and relationship management activities for a number of Acxiom’s large financial services clients.
Bill joined Acxiom in 2007 as an officer and brings almost 30 years of experience in account leadership, business transformation and consulting, technology, operations solutions and outsourcing within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Acxiom, he served as vice president of financial services at Electronic Data Systems, Inc. from 2002–2007. During his tenure at EDS, Bill developed the EDS financial services industry vertical solution offering for CRM, led a “top 10” commercial account generating more than $800 million in annual revenue, and led the U.S. financial services product and business strategy. Prior to that, he was a partner for eight years with Deloitte Consulting, where he served as the Americas’ team leader for CRM-financial services, and as the client-service partner for several tier-one financial services companies in the U.S., the UK and Canada. He began his career with SunTrust Bank, where he held management positions within bank operations and retail banking.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University, and is certified in business transformation and business process redesign methodologies.

Michael L. Cool leads Acxiom Information Security Services (AISS), which provides background checks and employment screenings for companies of all sizes. He is responsible for the sales, operations and strategic direction of AISS and oversees 300 associates. Mike is a member of Acxiom’s company leadership team.
Mike is active in the background screening industry, serving as vice chairman of the American Society for Industrial Security for the past six years. He has been the featured speaker for numerous associations, including ASIS, Consumer Data Industry Association, Society for Human Resource Management and the National Retail Federation.
Mike joined Acxiom in 2002, when Acxiom purchased the TransUnion division in which he served as vice president and general manager. Previously, Mike worked as director of loss prevention for a retail company, as a police detective and as a hostage negotiator.
Mike graduated from Myers University in Cleveland with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

Alex Dietz is the leader of the Acxiom Information Products Division, which is responsible for the InfoBase-X™ line of data products, including PersonicX®, the fraud and risk mitigation products, including InsightIdentify and Acxiom Information Security Services, and the European data products business. The Information Products Division uses a product lifecycle management strategy to manufacture and deliver its products. Since all of these products are routinely incorporated into Acxiom services and data factory solutions, the Products Division works closely with the other two Acxiom divisions to ensure that all customer requirements are being properly addressed.
Alex has been with Acxiom for almost four decades. He was previously the organizational leader for the Products & Infrastructure Technology Organization and the de facto Acxiom CTO. His organization was responsible for creating the strategy and direction for the corporate technology infrastructure, as well as developing the software and systems that deliver Acxiom’s products and solutions. In this role, Alex managed the deployment of Acxiom’s grid technology and the company’s internal information systems and business intelligence processes.
In the late 1990s, he spent a number of years leading Acxiom’s Data Products Division. In that capacity, Alex was directly involved in the development and rollout of Acxiom’s customer data integration software, AbiliTec®, and the growth and expansion of the InfoBase-X line of data products. He also pioneered the development and implementation of product lifecycle management at Acxiom.
Alex joined Acxiom in 1970 as an officer and has served in a variety of senior-level leadership positions since that time, including president of the National Marketing Services Division, manager of Acxiom’s Advanced Systems Division and chief information officer.
Prior to joining Acxiom, Alex was a systems engineer with IBM. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from Tulane University.

Dathan A. Gaskill joined Acxiom in 1999 and serves as its corporate finance leader and treasurer. He oversees the Company’s investment banking and commercial banking relationships, is responsible for Acxiom’s capital structure, leads the investor relations team, and co-leads the mergers and acquisitions team. Dathan has been an officer since 2005.
Prior to joining Acxiom, Dathan spent 13 years in the securities industry as a senior analyst and director of research focusing on the information technology and communications industries.
Dathan holds a degree in computer science and an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Scott D. Hambuchen serves as Acxiom’s traditional services organization leader in the Services Division. He is responsible for development, packaging and support of core Acxiom capabilities, including customer data integration, packaged marketing database services and enterprise marketing database services. Scott is also a member of the Company Leadership Team, helping drive Acxiom’s overall strategy and direction.
Scott was first named an officer in 2001 and has served in a number of roles, including the universal services and support organization leader and industry solutions group leader for Acxiom’s Multi-Industry Client Services (MICS) Organization. He provided technical leadership in the development of industry-specific solutions in communications, automotive, retail, travel and entertainment, insurance, media and investment services. Before that, Scott was the group leader and managing director of Acxiom’s European operations, where he led the adoption of core Acxiom capabilities, established standardized Acxiom processes, and oversaw the initial rollout of AbiliTec and InfoBase in the UK.
Scott joined Acxiom in 1992 and also served as an industry application development leader for the financial services group, and as a business unit leader responsible for selling, implementing and maintaining marketing solutions for the insurance industry.
Scott holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas, where he sits on the university’s board of directors for the Information Technology Resource Center (ITRC).

L. Lee Hodges is the leader of the Acxiom Services Division, overseeing the organizations responsible for marketing database and customer data integration services, digital services, consulting, service delivery and European services operations.
Previously, Lee served as Acxiom’s chief operations leader, a position that has been discontinued. In that capacity, he was responsible for the Company’s organizations that handled all sales, client relationship management and client services delivery. Lee moved into the newly created role in January 2005 after serving more than six years as leader of the Company’s Outsourcing and Information Technology Services Organization.
Lee joined Acxiom in 1998 to establish the Outsourcing Division and has played a key role in developing the strategic positioning of outsourcing for Acxiom, as well as its strategic objectives and operational processes and standards.
Prior to joining Acxiom, Lee was a senior vice president with Tascor, an Atlanta-based business process outsourcing company. Before that, he spent 24 years with IBM, where he had a variety of roles in engineering, sales, marketing and executive management. He has been an Acxiom officer since 1998.
Lee earned an industrial engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University and did postgraduate studies in operations research at Union College.

Richard K. Howe serves as Acxiom’s chief marketing officer and business strategy leader. In his role as CMO, Rich has global responsibility for product marketing, marketing communications, marketing relations, advertising, public relations, alliances, events, creative services and interactive/direct marketing. In his role as strategy leader, Rich helps drive Acxiom’s growth through the execution of business strategies designed to meet market changes and mitigate competitive threats. For many of these strategies, Rich also has operational leadership over the groups while under development. In this regard, he currently operates the Company’s Asia Pacific business.
Rich joined Acxiom in 2004 as an officer, coming from Fair Isaac Corporation, where he served as general manager of the company’s Global Marketing Services unit, a business with more than $100 million in annual revenue. Before joining Fair Isaac, he founded and was chairman and CEO of ieWild Inc., a technology company whose software and services were utilized by many of the largest U.S. financial services institutions. He negotiated that company’s acquisition in 2001 by HNC Software.
Rich has been on the forefront of software, services, data and analytics technology designed to drive business intelligence for more than 15 years. He has launched more than a dozen products and been involved in more than 10 merger-and-acquisition transactions ranging in size from $2 million to $800 million. Rich has also held positions in product marketing, project management, sales management, software development and construction engineering.
Rich received a bachelor’s degree in structural engineering from Concordia University, Canada, and a master’s degree in engineering from McGill University, Canada.

Catherine L. Hughes serves as Acxiom’s corporate governance officer and secretary. She is responsible for the Company’s compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s and Nasdaq’s rules and regulations, and for the operations of the Company’s board of directors.
Catherine joined Acxiom in 1988 as general counsel and secretary. Previously, she was employed from 1983–1988 as a corporate securities attorney with the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she represented a number of public companies, including Acxiom. Prior to joining the Rose Law Firm, Catherine served as the senior law clerk to Federal District Court Judge Elsijane Roy, Eastern District of Arkansas, and as an assistant attorney general for the State of Arkansas.
Catherine holds a degree in political science and philosophy from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a juris doctorate degree from the UALR School of Law.

Jerry C. Jones serves as Acxiom’s business development, legal leader and assistant secretary. He is responsible for the legal team, leads the strategy and execution of mergers and alliances, and assists in other strategic initiatives.
Jerry came to Acxiom as an officer in 1999 from the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was an attorney specializing in problem solving and business litigation for 19 years, representing a broad range of business interests.
Jerry is a member of the board of directors of Entrust, Inc., a public company, and the Arkansas Virtual Academy. He holds a degree in public administration and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law.

Rodger S. Kline is the Company’s chief administrative leader, responsible for Acxiom’s administrative functions and financial management, including capital expenditure processes and cash flow execution.
Rodger joined Acxiom in 1973 and has been an officer of the Company since 1975. From 1975 through 2007 he also was a member of the Acxiom Board of Directors. Throughout his career at Acxiom, Rodger has served in a number of key roles, including chief operating officer, chief information officer and treasurer. Prior to joining Acxiom, Rodger spent seven years with IBM and two years as an officer in the U.S. Army. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he has served since 1990 as chairman of the College of Engineering Advisory Council.

Michael J. Lloyd serves as delivery center organization leader, providing overall leadership for key areas of delivery support: the project management office, delivery quality and security programs, shared resource teams and standard customer data integration services. Mike is a member of the Company Leadership Team and the Acxiom Services Division’s Senior Leadership Team, where he helps execute on Acxiom’s overall direction. Mike was first named an officer in 2001.
Since joining Acxiom in 1989 in a client services role, Mike has held a variety of leadership posts, including client services group leader focused on client management for several large financial services accounts. Before that, Mike had both account management and delivery service responsibilities for multiple financial services account teams. He has also provided leadership on a number of enterprise-wide initiatives, including strategic account management, project management and leadership development.
Mike holds a degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas.

Thomas N. Mangan serves as Consulting Organization leader in the Services Division, responsible for driving strategic value in the customer information management industry and generating value-added solutions for clients through business intelligence. He is also responsible for building Acxiom’s IT consulting practice to deliver Acxiom’s professional services solutions integrated and installed at client sites.
Tom joined Acxiom in 2006 as an officer and brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, operations solutions, outsourcing, business transformation and consulting. Prior to joining Acxiom, he was senior vice president of global consulting services for Convergys Corporation. He also worked as vice president of the EDS global communications industry group and led the practice of IT Transformation Services as a partner at BearingPoint, Inc. Tom also served as vice president and CIO of Harris Corporation and began his career with General Electric on the information systems and financial management programs, progressing to various levels of management positions within IT and finance.
Tom holds an M.B.A. from Miami University of Ohio and a bachelor’s degree in information systems and quantitative analysis from the University of Cincinnati.

Holly Marr serves as Acxiom’s Operations Management Organization leader in the Services Division. She is also a member of the Company Leadership Team, helping drive Acxiom’s overall direction. Holly has held a variety of leadership posts at Acxiom, most recently serving as delivery center organization leader. Her industry experience includes the insurance, investment/brokerage, automotive, telecommunications and financial services industries. She joined Acxiom in 1986 and was first named an officer in 2000.
Prior to her role in the delivery center, Holly was responsible for operational effectiveness and quality management functions for the company. As a client services group leader, Holly led client relationship management, service delivery, industry-tailored solutions and business development functions. Before that, she was an organizational development leader responsible for associate development, competency-based management and organizational effectiveness. For the previous seven years, Holly was a client services unit leader within the communications and financial services industries, where she was responsible for some of the largest business units at Acxiom.
Holly graduated with distinction from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in music.

Drew A. May serves as the leader of the InfoBase-X organization in the Information Products Division. He is responsible for the sales, product development and product management of InfoBase-X data products, encompassing all industries and third-party relationships. He is a member of the Acxiom Products Division senior leadership team, providing direction on divisional strategy.
Drew joined Acxiom in 1990 and first became an officer in 2007. He has held a variety of leadership positions, most recently serving as sales leader for data products and industry executive for Acxiom’s broker/reseller group. Before that, he served in sales and operational leadership roles serving the list, retail and packaged goods industries. Also, Drew has been instrumental in numerous corporate initiatives including development of a cooperative data product, a suite of e-mail products and new data processing applications.
Drew holds a degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas.

Martin D. Sunde serves as the leader of the Acxiom Infrastructure Management Division, overseeing the organizations responsible for managing all the IT infrastructure assets and Data Factory installations for Acxiom and its outsourcing clients. Marty joined Acxiom in 2005 as an officer and Multi-Industry Client Services (MICS) Organization leader, with sales and client relationship responsibilities for industries including retail, automotive, insurance, travel and entertainment, media and publishing, and health care.
Previously, Marty was vice president and general manager of Siebel Systems, Inc., where he led Siebel’s alliances organization and was responsible for Siebel’s relationships with external alliance partners that served as joint marketing, sales, development and services channels. Prior to his three years at Siebel, Marty worked in several capacities at Enron Energy Services, Inc., a division of Enron, serving as a director of sales and marketing, product management and most recently as president over North America. Prior to that, he worked for IBM in various management positions and across a variety of product lines for more than 18 years.
Marty holds a degree in economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.

Timothy J. Suther serves as Acxiom’s Multi-Industry Client Services (MICS) Organization leader in the Services Division, responsible for strategy, operations and shareholder return for the retail, consumer packaged goods, automotive, insurance, technology, travel and entertainment, media and publishing, telecommunications and health care industries. Tim joined Acxiom in 2005 as leader of Acxiom’s retail and consumer markets industries. He first became an officer in 2007.
Tim has more than 25 years of experience applying disruptive technology-enabled business models to achieve transformational results across a wide variety of industries. Prior to Acxiom, Tim served for three years at Metavante, a leading provider of banking and payment technology solutions, lastly as senior vice president and general manager of its Response Data Corporation subsidiary, a provider of consumer funds transfer services. For five years prior to that, he was president of Protagona Worldwide, a then-publicly traded global provider of enterprise marketing software, and in various leadership positions at Unisys, a global information services provider.
Tim holds a degree in finance/marketing from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, where he graduated maxima cum laude. He is a member of the executive board of directors for the Sam M. Walton College of Business Center for Retailing Excellence at the University of Arkansas.

Terry M. Talley serves as Acxiom’s chief technology leader, responsible for the overall architecture of Acxiom technology. He also leads Acxiom’s research and development efforts.
Terry joined Acxiom in June 1995 as a software developer and became an officer in 2007. Over his career at the Company, he has been involved in many of Acxiom’s key technology innovations, notably as the chief architect for AbiliTec, the Company’s proprietary linking technology, and Acxiom’s grid-infrastructure technology.
From 1982 to 1995, Terry worked for IBM in a variety of software development and networking organizations, including the IBM Federal Systems Division at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX; the IBM Information Network in Dallas, TX; and IBM ISSC in Research Triangle Park, NC.
Terry is an active member of the Association for Computing Machinery and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He received a B.S. in computer science from Baylor University, an M.S. in computer science from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Auke van den Hout serves as European Products Organization leader for Acxiom’s Information Products Division – a role he has held since mid-2007.
Auke joined Acxiom in 2004 with the company’s acquisition of Claritas, the leading consumer data provider. He was closely involved in the acquisition process and from 1997 to 2004 held a number of senior management posts at Claritas.
His previous leadership positions included Business Development Manager in Europe and Asia, Country Manager for Italy and head of the international Internet section of Claritas. Since then van den Hout has been a regular member of Acxiom’s senior leadership team in Europe.
Auke has overall responsibility for the European information products business including the setting of strategy, ensuring that strong results are maintained and future growth and development are realized. Ultimately overseeing data operations in Acxiom’s six European countries, he regularly travels between the offices in Amsterdam, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Warsaw and Lisbon.
Auke’s priorities for the information products business are to ensure that Acxiom can help its clients meet today’s marketing challenges with data solutions that can ensure effective customer acquisition and retention as well as shareholder value. A key focus area is guiding Acxiom’s strategy around digital solutions as well as more traditional direct marketing approaches.
He attained his Masters degree in business economics at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, in the Netherlands and participated in the Stanford executive program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Palo Alto, California.

Christopher W. Wolf joined Acxiom as chief financial officer in May 2007. He is responsible for all aspects of Acxiom’s financial management. Chris has almost 20 years’ experience as a financial executive and consultant to companies in the marketing, retail and technology sectors. He most recently served as an independent consultant, focusing on financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate governance, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning for a variety of public and private entities.
From 2005-2006, Chris served as CFO of NiuTech LLC, an internet marketing services company, where he was responsible for the accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and risk management activities of the company. From 1996-2004, Chris was employed in various finance and tax positions with Catalina Marketing Corporation, including serving as chief financial officer from 2002-2004. He also was executive vice president from 2003-2004; senior vice president from 2002-2003; vice president of finance and treasurer from 2000-2002; executive director of tax, treasury and international finance from 1998-2000; senior director of tax and international finance from 1997-1998; and senior director of tax from 1996-1997. Prior to joining Catalina, he served 10 years as a tax manager and consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co.
Chris is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Florida State University and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina.

Kevin R. Zaffaroni serves as Information Technology Organization leader in the Infrastructure Management Division. His previous roles included strategic initiatives leader, Client Services Organization leader for Europe and group leader responsible for one of Acxiom’s largest global financial accounts, as well as clients in areas including health care and government.
Kevin brings almost 30 years of IT experience to his role leading Acxiom’s IT Organization. He joined Acxiom in 1997 as a business development leader for the Financial Services Division and became an officer in 1999.
Prior to Acxiom, Kevin worked for six years for ISSC, IBM’s complex systems integration and systems operations subsidiary, and for 16 years with IBM directly, where he held several management positions.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Pennsylvania State University and has completed numerous business courses, including IBM’s Advanced Management School.
