GACXM
Based on Customer Ratings of More Than 2,700 Vendors
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Oct. 21, 2010 – Acxiom®
Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM), a recognized leader in marketing services
and technology, is ranked in the top 1 percent in a recent customer
satisfaction survey conducted by The Black Book of Outsourcing, the
leading independent benchmark for customer satisfaction. More than 2,700
vendors were rated in the survey.
The online survey, the only study of this magnitude based solely on
client feedback, asked companies to rate their overall satisfaction
based on nine evaluation areas. Acxiom ranked in the top 10 in all nine
categories, including No. 2 in two segments: corporate reputation and
shared goals; and No. 3 in four other categories: future orientation,
partnership approach, risk mitigation and requirements awareness.
“Buyers
rely on our findings in their vendor selection processes because our
results are based on what their peer groups say, not on vendor claims,”
said Eamonn Kennedy, research director at Datamonitor, owner of The
Black Book of Outsourcing.
“The pace of innovation, coupled with
big data volumes, creates infrastructure complexity that challenges
even the savviest organizations,” said Marty Sunde, Acxiom senior vice
president for Global Products and Solutions.
“Independent research again highlights Acxiom’s prowess in transforming
the cost-effectiveness of legacy applications while accelerating the
availability of new systems.”
In addition to The Black Book of
Outsourcing ranking, Acxiom recently ranked No. 3 in the InformationWeek
500 as a top technology innovator in the Business Services category.
