Drew May serves as Chief Customer Officer at Acxiom. In this client-facing role, Drew provides overall leadership for key areas of sales, including client engagement, growth and strategic directives.
Drew also serves as Industry Managing Director for the retail/CPG and emerging industries at Acxiom. He is responsible for Acxiom’s Retail & Emerging Sales & Client Management Group, supporting clients in the retail, CPG, media, technology, communications and travel markets.
With over 25 years of experience helping brands use data-driven marketing solutions and technologies, Drew has worked with many innovative companies, including Dell, Lowe’s, The Container Store, The Home Depot, JCPenney, IBM, Microsoft and many others.
During a recent four-year departure from Acxiom, Drew served as Vice President and Client Partner in Merkle’s High Tech Practice. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President at IDM responsible for establishing a data operations center, developing marketing solutions that supported IDM clients.
Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas. He currently serves as an Executive Board Member of MarketingEDGE and Holy Sews, a non-profit ministry. He and his family live in Conway, Arkansas.
