Drew May serves as Chief Customer Officer at Acxiom, the data and technology foundation for the world’s best marketers. As part of the executive team, May drives customer satisfaction by leveraging Acxiom’s solutions and capabilities to solve top client problems. Additionally, he oversees the creation and execution of global go-to-market strategies.
Throughout his career at Acxiom, May has spearheaded the creation of a performance driven sales culture at Acxiom, which has resulted in more than $1 billion in contract value to date. Additionally, he led the development of the company’s suite of email data products. Most recently, May continues to play a key role in the integration of Acxiom and IPG.
Prior to his current role, May served as U.S. Sales Leader for Acxiom. With more than 25 years of experience, May’s expertise has helped brands use data-driven marketing solutions and technologies to deliver exceptional business results. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Client Partner in Merkle’s High Tech Practice.
Outside of Acxiom, May serves as Chair of the Executive Board of MarketingEDGE, a leading marketing association that aims to foster the next generation of great marketers. He is also an Executive Board Member of Holy Sews, a non-profit ministry. May is also on the advisory board for the business school at the University of Central Arkansas.
May holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas. He and his family live in Conway, Arkansas.
