It is a platform for building autonomous and\/or assistive AI agents, empowering businesses to manage key tasks without human intervention.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think of Agentforce as the next evolution in Salesforce\u2019s AI journey\u2014from predictive tools like Einstein, to generative AI, and now fully autonomous systems that don\u2019t just assist but can act independently.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agentforce Agents can be:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bullet_points_w\">\n<li>Assistive (For example, helping a human agent summarize a record or suggest an article for a resolution.)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"bulet_points_w\">Autonomous (i.e. Helping a customer with order management to get an update on an outstanding order or scheduling a maintenance visit.)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In summary, Salesforce\u2019s Agentforce is a major advancement in AI-powered business operations. By combining assistive tools that support people and autonomous tools that work independently, Agentforce helps organizations work smarter, faster, and more accurately.
