PURPOSE IN ACTION
Giving back
Our commitment extends to the communities where we live and work. Through Acxiom Cares, our giving and volunteer program, we empower our employees to drive meaningful change, investing their passion, talent, and time in the causes they care about.
Matching gifts
We amplify our employees’ impact by matching their donations dollar-for-dollar to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations, standing with them in support of the organizations they believe in.
Dollars for doers
We recognize that time is as valuable as money. That’s why Acxiom donates $20 for every hour our employees volunteer at STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) non-profit organizations, fueling the next generation of innovators. The maximum annual donation per individual is $800 or 40 hours.
Volunteer time off
We encourage our employees to pursue a balanced lifestyle, providing 40 hours of paid leave each year to volunteer for qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations. Because when our people thrive, our communities thrive.
Sustainability
By factoring the environment into our business decisions, Acxiom is investing in the long-term health of our business and communities. We’re advancing this work by:
Improving data center efficiency and reducing electricity use by nearly 20%
Cutting water consumption by 98% with air-cooled versus water-cooled units
Using solar power to support 25–45% of our data center energy needs

Supplier diversity
The definition of inclusion is “the act of including.” The critical word is “act.” Many Supplier Diversity Programs have focused on reporting on diversity. We want to ensure our program is focused on action. We take action to make an impact by supporting suppliers. Supplier inclusion emphasizes the importance of creating a culture of belonging and respect for our suppliers, where they feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow and succeed.
Our goal is for 30% of sourceable expenses to be used directly and indirectly for goods and services from diverse suppliers, including minority-, women-, veteran-, service-disabled veteran-, LGBTQ+-, and disability-owned businesses.
Acxiom is always seeking certified diverse suppliers that help position us to create the networks that move the world forward. To register your company as a diverse supplier with Acxiom, get in touch.
