Acxiom believes that consumers should have choices regarding business’ use of information about them. Acxiom believes in transparency, accountability, and consumer control. Therefore, we take an ethical approach to data collection and use that goes beyond what the law requires by also addressing what is just and fair to consumers.

Acxiom takes a proactive approach in protecting consumer privacy. We continuously seek ways to protect and assure appropriate use of information related to consumers and to promote policies within our industry that do the same.
US consumer Opt Out
Acxiom provides consumers on a nationwide basis with various rights with respect to their personal information, including a right to know the information that Acxiom has them (“Right to Know”), the right to request the deletion of their personal information (“Right to Delete”), and the right to opt out from the sale of their personal information (“Opt Out Request”).

To complete the Opt Out Request above, you must provide a valid email address in order to respond to the confirmation email that validates your request. If you do not have a valid email address, you may submit an opt out request by calling us at (877) 774-2094 and following the prompts.
Acxiom will honor requests from both “Authorized Agents” under the California Consumer Privacy Act as well as other qualified third parties, on behalf of other consumers, regardless of the consumer or the authorized agent’s state of residence.

To properly fulfill your request, please be sure to include your complete name, country of residence, physical address, and telephone number.
Acxiom does not collect “personal data” or “personal information” in all countries. In certain countries, Acxiom only collects and processes anonymous and/or aggregated information. You will be notified as part of your request if the country for which you requested an opt out is limited to anonymous or aggregated data only.
