Federal court rejected all claims brought by former vendor.
CONWAY, Ark., Feb. 24, 2025 — Acxiom, the connected data and technology foundation for the world’s leading brands and agencies, today announced the federal court in New York granted Acxiom and KINESSO’s motion for summary judgment and dismissed claims brought against the company by a former data partner, Adstra. The Court rejected all of Adstra’s claims, and Acxiom plans to exercise its right as the prevailing party to recover from Adstra the fees and costs incurred in vindicating the propriety of their conduct.
