Acxiom qualified for the award by completing a comprehensive questionnaire detailing its workplace policies, practices, philosophy and demographics. At the same time, employees offered candid, confidential feedback about their experiences working at the company. This process enabled the Workforce Research Group to benchmark Acxiom’s culture against the industry’s highest standards to determine whether the company is among the Best.

The winners were announced in the June 19 print edition of Arkansas Business and will be featured in the Best Places to Work special publication on September 18.
