At the Data + AI Summit, we announced that Real ID is now natively embedded in Databricks. Real ID’s identity resolution engine now runs directly within Databricks infrastructure. Clients can unify, connect, and activate customer data in place – without exporting, without batch delays, without custom connectors. A financial services firm can match customer records across email, device, and postal address in real time. A retailer can recognize a loyalty member instantly across online and offline touchpoints.

CustomerLake Partnership
Databricks unveiled CustomerLake, its agentic customer data platform (CDP), where AI agents work directly with customer data to surface insights and execute marketing without human intermediation. Identity resolution is critical to this: without reliable matching, a CDP can’t stitch data. Without stitching, agents can’t reason about the customer.
Databricks hand-picked Acxiom as its identity resolution partner for CustomerLake for this reason. With Real ID native to CustomerLake, clients now have a seamless path from raw data to identity-resolved, actionable audiences – all within the agentic environment. A CPG brand can activate lookalike audiences in minutes. A B2B SaaS company can route leads based on account and contact identity matched across multiple data sources.
