US Reference Information Report

Acxiom offers access to and correction of information in our directory products and fraud detection and prevention products. Access to information about you in our directory and fraud detection and prevention products will be provided in the form of a U.S. Reference Information Report. Below is a link to our U.S. Reference Information Report Request Form. 

After you have submitted your U.S. Reference Information Report request, your report will be sent to you. 

Acxiom will perform certain additional validation procedures to verify your identity and the authenticity of your request prior to generating your U.S. Reference Information Report.

Acxiom will process your U.S. Reference Information Report Request within two weeks. If there are issues with verifying your identity or authenticating your request, we will communicate with you during this time.

You will receive your U.S. Reference Information Report via email in the form of an encrypted PDF file at the email address you provided unless you request a hard copy be sent to you in the comments field on the U.S. Reference Information Report request form.
