Joyce Turner is GM of IPG Solutions at Acxiom. She is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for all sectors leveraging Acxiom as a tech powerhouse inside of IPG.

A martech / adtech innovator, Joyce holds two technology patents from recent inventions in Clean Room tech and Shopper Recognition. She relishes the excitement of thought leadership enabling people to find their Brands and Brands to foster Love & Loyalty by specifically matching each person’s care-abouts and needs.

Joyce’s experiences fuse technology expertise with business savvy and people skills. She began her career in software engineering and is a self-confessed nerdette who is a huge fan of The Jetsons, Star Trek and Lost in Space!  She has also led large HR departments, sales & business development departments, and operational business units where all have delivered double-digit to triple-digit growth under her leadership.

Joyce led Acxiom’s Full Service Direct Marketing Agency through its post-acquisition integration into Acxiom. Fusion Marketing seamlessly integrated Strategy, Creative, Data, Technology, Analytics and Production, under one roof to service the Financial Services sector and was an early thought leader and innovator in data-driven Retail Banking customer acquisition and engagement practices.

Joyce’s background spans sectors including CPG, MFG, Grocery, C-Store, Restaurants, Food Delivery, Financial Services and Retail. This breadth of sector expertise allows for transferable knowledge benefitting clients. Additionally, Joyce has extensive experience integrating multiple acquisitions into Acxiom. It’s this combined expertise that Joyce leverages to lead Acxiom integration efforts within IPG.

Joyce is currently mildly obsessed with AI, robotics, and decentralized finance with the belief that these forces are likely to fundamentally change society and the world of work. These innovations pose both a threat and an opportunity for savvy executives who are in tune with the landscape.

Joyce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas where she graduated magna cum laude. She lives in the Memphis metropolitan area and is fortunate to have extended family nearby.
