As Global President of Acxiom, Sean Muzzy leads with a vision to push the boundaries of what’s possible across data, marketing operations, and technology within IPG. He brings sharp strategic insight to critical business decisions, while remaining deeply invested in cultivating talent and empowering teams to grow. 

Prior to stepping into his current role, Sean served as the Global President of KINESSO and Matterkind within IPG Mediabrands, where he oversaw the integration of all markets as a liaison across IPG Mediabrands for Technology and Addressable Media Activation.

Before joining IPG, Sean was the Global Chief Product Officer at Neo (WPP), and previously as CEO of Neo North America, where he helped steer the agency through a period of rapid growth and client success. 

With more than 20 years of experience, Sean has worked with leading brands across retail, pharma, financial services, and entertainment. His career has been built on delivering transformational, cross-channel marketing solutions that connect people and brands in meaningful ways. His area of expertise includes database marketing, digital and traditional media, search, social, CRM and programmatic strategy. 

Sean holds a B.A. from the university at Albany and an M.B.A. from Long Island University. He lives in Larchmont, New York with his wife and three sons.
