Under his leadership, Acxiom enables brands to maximize their investments in data and technology across some of the world’s most regulated industries. Jarrod is concurrently Chief Transformation Officer of Omnicom Media, leading enterprise-wide transformation to accelerate growth, modernization, and profitability. He previously held global leadership roles across the media and analytics industry, including serving as Global COO of Initiative.

    Margaret Kohler serves as Global Chief Operating Officer at Acxiom and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Previously Global Chief Financial Officer for KINESSO, Reprise, and Matterkind within IPG Mediabrands, Margaret brings more than two decades of experience leading transformation across finance and operations, building scalable systems and guiding organizations through complex change.
